    Thanks for your response

    Moto g6 android 64gb (only half storage used presently)

    Uid. 376007695024963584

    No error message. Either black screen or game drops out completely. Seems to occur when I start to play game

    Started 2/3 weeks ago

    No updates pending. 

    Ha e reinstalled a few times

    Hi

    I have tried everything but still crashing resulting in forfeited games when started. Constant pain.

    Hi

    Usually when I start a game .  Had very  occasionally failed to load

    Thanks for trying those steps, would it be possible to try your device on another network or your account on another device to see if this continues?

    Thanks for your reply. Sorry I haven't access to another device or network. Has been a little better recently but occured s few times tonight whilst playing a game

    Crashed four times today in a row while playing a game before I gave up. Four forfeited games!!!!! Unplayable
