Re: Match Bug - commentators speak and match doesn't load or loads a black screen

I'm also having this problem. Last night I lost monthly championship because of this. The game freezes and then the error appears. I'm kicked out and the opponent is able to play.

There was a thread about this but I can't find it.

Can you find the open thread about this, connect the two and follow up with the team?

  • It happened again today, even more times than yesterday. I lost like 30k cups. 

    1. Player ID: ChuuDoLoona

    2. Device: Realme 7 Pro (model RMX2170)

    3. I'm playing on WiFi.

    4. Yeah i did and i had the same problem from time to time.

    5. I don't get any error message, it just freezes and i gotta restart the game. 

    And just letting y'all know that i usually get this other bug where i get kicked out of the game when i try to change the price of a player i'm buying or trying to sell.

    @EA_Illium Troubleshooting was done thousand times and it doesn't help.
    Player ID: SANYO
    Device (make/model): Samsung Galaxy A30s
    Are you playing on Cell Data or Wifi? Wifi but the same is on cell data.
    Have you tried another device? No.
    Do you get any error messages? After the game stays frozen for a couple of minutes error 0x03000000 appears.

    @EA_Illium Another h2h championsip tonight with the same problem. 2 matches ok and the third froze and gave my opponent an easy win against my AI. So these errors have cost me thousands of gems and I expect to be compesated because you're ignoring it for months.!

    @EA_Illium And another one tonight. So this is 3 monthly championships lost because of your bug. Do you think we play each day and collect monthly tickets so you can steal them from us? I want 3 tickets back to play the tournaments and you need to provide evidence someone is working on this issue.
    No wonder you're falling behind other football games and losing players and profit. I won't invest a cent until you fix this.

    To check do you have anything else running on the device when you go to play?

    Also, can you check if playing on a different network helps with this issue?

    @EA_Illium Nothing else. Just FC Mobile. Everything else closed.
    Problem is present on wifi and movile network.
    It probably has to do with issue you have with cache on android. I clear cache after every second h2h match, but its now showing not to be enough because these matches that froze were the second ones played after opening the app.
  • Hi Illium, i usually don't have anything else running while i'm playing, but it happens anyways, it happened again today and i lost a few cups, i gotta restart the game everytime i try to play H2H to make sure i don't get the bug... 

    I tried playing with data, on different networks, etc. but it happens anyways.

    I have the same black screen problem after starting or before the match starts. I have an iPhone 12 and I tried playing on an Android device, but they both had exactly the same problem

    @EA_Illium And another one tonight. Now you also owe me daily championship ticket! Your game doesn't allow 3 h2h matches in a row to be played. Sometimes even 2 are impossible!!!

    Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
    Platform:Android Phone
    What's your device's make and model? Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G [8-128]
    What's your device's firmware? 13
    What is your game version? 20.1.01
    In what game mode did the bug occur? Gameplay
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What happens when the bug occurs? Normally Game is going fair. One match complete. No issue. When I start a new match, the brightness of the screen becomes very low, and when the match starts, theres no keys i mean, pass, through, switch, joystick. And the game stuck. I turn off the game. Open the game again, "showing match in progress" 2nd issue is same like it. One match completed, started a new match...game loading, but didn't load. Sudden a network error interface appears. From the day one of this game, i am facing, and waiting for a update. But today i update the game, but same problem. So, everytime i am reopening the game after one match. Otherwise this problem appears.
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Any time. After one match. Last time i watched it about 5.30 PM.

    Huge problem from the day 1 of this game. I thought the problem will be resolved after an update. But not.

  • Ea, please fix the problem with two consecutive h2h matches. When two consecutive h2h matches are played, the second match doesn't load properly. Leads to h2h losses because we get booted from the match or stuck at the loading screen/ kickoff screen
