Suspended for absolutely no reason at all [0x00102710]

I recently re joined game and i got decent luck getting 115 st and other things after that i get home and my account is suspended i wait for hours as thought maybe its nothing i cant do anything and ...

    Absolutely no idea i dont even chat in groups no hacking no cussing nothing just got banned while entering guess they did not like my account
