The bug: Receiving 200 draw tickets instead of 200 rank-ups

How does EA plan to handle accounts that received 200 draw tickets versus those that only got 200 rank-up items? This is an extremely serious exploit—do they realize how much money it would normally cost to buy 200 tickets?
