Been playing since the game launched and now it is telling me I have a trial version. I bout the CFB/Madden deluxe bundle.

My account owns Madden via the Madden 25/CFB 25 MVP Bundle. Paid for it 7-14-24.
No error message, just a message telling me I’m playing a trial and trying to get me to pay for it (again) screenshot of this enclosed
I’ve reset my Xbox, reset my internet, I’ve removed and put back my profile on my xbox, I’ve done a factory reset on Xbox.
I’ve enclosed a screenshot of the main menu with the message informing me I’m only playing the trial, and a screenshot of my install file which shows I bought the MVP Bundle with CFB25.

I pre-ordered Madden 25 about a month before it went live. I've been playing it just fine since the start. Well after this recent update (9.3.2024) - xbox is now only giving me a 'free trial' version.
what gives? can someone please help!
Madden suddenly not working. I bought the bundle with CFB 25 on Xbox. Had the issue where it wouldn’t let me install the game, and after giving me no problems playing since then, it now suddenly says I don’t own the game again, even though I do. I’ve been trying to get answers since last night and nobody will respond. This is ridiculous. You people wanted us to buy the bundle, we did, and its been nothing but problems. This is why people are wary about buying stuff digitally; you try and rip us off and we have to deal with a hassle and being ignored by your wonderful staff when its you who messed up.
I bought the MVP bundle and now when i log in the game says "Welcome to the Madden NFL 25 Trial"
Is anyone else getting this??
Why when I open madden 25 it says trial only. I own MVP bundle. Have been playing since the game came out.
Logged onto Madden and received the "Madden is free for a limited time." Then it asks if I want to "Start Free Trial" or "Upgrade to the Full version," but I own the game. Is this a glitch or am I tripping?
