So I made sure there weren’t any updates to DL and the app is up to date. When I click on any of the windows for UT or Franchise it’s popping up a connection issue and I am certain that it’s not on my end, my internet is working and having no issues with any other apps. Can someone please help me or let me know what’s going on? Maybe just maintenance ?

I made a thread and reported this last Friday. Its been broken/bugged since Friday around 7pm est.
Would be real nice for it to work. I was notified it existed by moshi video and its broken to all heck. Nothing loads server fails to load anything but the currencies... of course ea would get the currencies right.... its infuriating and they have next to zero customer support

I’m experiencing a very similar issue, but mine has now been fully confirmed as account-specific and server-side.
On PS5 (UK), I get “unable to process your content” when attempting to enter MUT on console, and the same error on the Companion App. This started suddenly after previously working fine. My internet is stable and all other games/apps work normally.
To rule out local issues, I tested another EA account on the same PS5 and same network, and that account logs into MUT with no problems. This confirms it’s not a connection, console, or app issue.
EA Help has escalated my case to the Studio / Madden Live Team as a known server-side bug (Case #234728507). The issue is still ongoing as of this morning.

I am having the same exact issue. I also saw that others are having the same problem on Reddit, and I sent a message to EA about it.
