Why can’t I link my ps5 to twitch to ea to get drops???

Like your error says, it looks like your PlayStation is already linked to another EA account. I wouldn't recommend unlinking it from there and relinking it somewhere else, as your game progress is stored at the EA account level so you'd lose any progress you've made in modes like MUT. Your best chance might be to link your Twitch to the EA account your PlayStation is already linked to.
