EA App PC Mass Effect 3 "Redeem/Purchase Online Pass"

I bought the game 2 or so years ago and played the multiplatyer and everything was fine, now i reinstall the game and it tells me i need to purchase an online pass, I can't find that dlc in the EA Store and i have the other dlc. I have tried deleting my temp files and deleting the files in the liscenses folder but no joy.

Also when i click on downloadable content i get told it is under maintenance?
