Mass Effect Andromeda - Missing Online Access

I downloaded mass effect Andromeda yesterday through pc gamepass and when I launch it, it tells me "missing online access"  looking through the forums it seems like everyone is having this problem. Please fix it for me! The ea support chatbot refuses to connect me to a real person or actually help me in anyway, it just keeps asking the same questions referring me to the same article that is no help.

    With this error, the chatbot cannot resolve it, as it is an account-based issue that has to be resolved through Live Support. Unlike a billing issue, for example, the chatbot cannot verify or make the changes it needs to resolve this. You would need to contact support and have an advisor review the account with you, then update it on their end. 

    When you are on the help site, follow these steps:

    • In the search bar, type in "find missing content."
    • Click the link to the article How to find your missing EA in-game content
    • Scroll to the bottom and click "Contact us."
    • In the chat window, proceed through the missing content questions.
    • List Mass Effect Andromeda.
    • Type in PC for the platform.
    • It will confirm missing content.
    • Once this information is provided, you should see a chat option to connect with an advisor.


    The key to this error, as with the Mass Effect 3 Online Pass, is that we need all players to connect with support first. We need cases set up, and support will try to resolve this first. 

    Remember, a CM is not live support. We cannot verify or make account changes as live support does. The faster this happens, the faster we get players back into the game.

    As I said i wasn't able to connect to a real person no matter how many times i tried. But I was able to from your link, I just spent an hour trying to get help from 4 different people being asked the same questions over and over after giving my case number from the start. ironic that the chat automatically says "Don’t worry, you won’t have to re-explain your issue." and then i have to re-explain my issue over and over. after all of that nobody was able to help me so i guess i just don't get access to half of the content of the game?      posting my case number in the hopes somebody at EA decides to help, i don't think i should have to spend days in support to be able to access a game.  #239677174

    Same for me. I cleared the cache, used recover app, reinstall the game but it didn't fixed.

    EA_Shepard​  this issue is becoming more and more apparent, I'm even getting this issue recently even though I've not had this issue before
