Mass Effect Andromeda - Missing Online Access

Anytime I try to access multiplayer I get a "missing online access" message and I've tried every solution I could find on google and every time I try to contact an advisor I'm just given the run around, either with "fixes" that don't work or just referred to another advisor with the same "solutions" I've been through 5 different advisors today, I want to 100% the game but can't because of this and I've found no help

oh I repaired the game and whatever you did worked and I can play online now thank you for the quick help

Erebos_Dark_God No worries, so basically do this:

Go to The EA Help Site
Click on the missing content icon under the search bar to the right

Scroll to the very bottom and click Contact Us

This is where you follow the instructions on the link I sent. The Chatbot will try to help, but keep telling it what I advised, and you will get an agent.
