Mass Effect: Andromeda Online Access Error

Sorry to insist EA_Shepard​​, but didn't you have a solution for me? Because I can't open a case; it keeps sending me back to the self-help system.

So, first apologies for not replying to you on this one. For some reason, my notifications were not sending me the right ones so i never saw this. I will take a look for you and update you on this.

Yakouille​ I took a look at the account. I do not see that the game is owned, only MP content from the EA Play sub. If you do own the game, I need the EA ID that it was purchased or owned on.

Do you know why I don't have the game even though I bought it?

Yakouille​ It is not a matter of you not owning it. It is an account issue. EA Play had some isues a while back that caused this. If the game was purchased on Steam only they can remove it. Let me look.

Yakouille​ Log back into Steam and verify the integrity of the files, and then log in again and let me know if it gives the same error.
