ME: Andromeda Deluxe edition PC/Steam: Missing Online Access

I am running into this issue, Steam version of the deluxe edition. I did at some point have an EA Play subscription after I purchased the game which was cancelled. 

I've performed the tasks of Clearing temp files and EA app license files, reinstalling the app, app rebuild. I've engaged with EA support around 5 times to no avail,  What magical words can I reopen my existing case with, to get this fixed?

    Please preform the steps in this direction again. 

    Clear your temp files:

    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
    • Into the new window, type or copy & paste:  "%temp%"  (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
    • Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.  
      (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

    Then repair the game. 

    (EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)  
    (Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

    Then remove the local Mass Effect license folder

    • Close EA app and Steam completely. (not just minimized in the tray.)
    •  Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box..
    •  Enter or copy and paste: "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (Without the quotes) > hit ENTER.
    • Delete the "License" folder.
    • Test.


    If the the game still don't works you need to get back at an EA adviser in a live chat.

    Point the adviser to this post of EA_Shepard​ if they don't now the issue.
