ME2 Legendary eddition all DLCs black screen after prologue

Hello everyone,

I am getting a black screen right after the initial prologue where Normandy exploded, after that there is a logo of ME2 and immediatelly after that ME2 Genesis DLC launches and black screen happens. I can only see the Shepard: NON-TLK and afterwards the decission circle but nothing around it.

I cannot press anything and I have to do a "hard" exit and shut down of the game.

I have purchased this gave through Steam and installed it there as well with all DLCs.

Do You know how to fix this?

Many thanks for Your help!

Please add a DxDiag to your next reply.

A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it except for the “Machine name” in the second row.
(You might delete the “Machine name” line if you wish too.)

    How to create a DxDiag:

    1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Copy and paste or type "DxDiag" (Without the quotes) into the new field. > ENTER
    3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
    4. Save the file to your desktop.
    5. Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
    6. Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
    7. Reply.

There are many LiveKernelEvent Watchdog reports in your DxDiag that might be relevant here, but at first I would recommend to update your very old graphic drivers.

You can find the Intel driver here.
    And the NVIDIA driver here.

    1. Follow this manual to the letter to completely uninstall the NVIDIA graphics driver.
IMPORTANT: if you use a Pin to log into Windows 11 don't use DDU in safe mode!
Use it in your normal Windows session.
    2. After restarting, follow the manual again to completely uninstall the Intel graphics driver.
    3. Install the new Intel graphics driver.
    4. Restart the PC.
    5. Install the new NVIDIA graphics driver
    6. Restart the PC > Go online.
    7. Test the game.
