ME:A Missing Online Access

I own Andromeda (deluxe edition) through Steam on PC.

When I boot up the game, I do not have access to online features. Multiplayer cannot connect (it says I am not allowed), I can't use APEX or anything. The last I played was 2020.

I have found "solutions" online such as repairing the install, clearing cache, and deleting the license folder contents. None of these worked, in any and all orders.

The AI support chatbot wasn't any help, and would refuse to connect me to any humans so I assume it can't anyways. Any help I could find here?

Logged on tonight, and it connected! Nothing else needed. Thank you so very very much.

For anyone else reading this and trying to get past the chatbot to at least generate a case number, I would attempt it in the middle of "regular" business hours in the US, Monday-Friday. I'm not sure the time zone that the live agents are in but I attempted at 3:12 PM EST. Maybe it's localized, I don't know.

Cheesyface88 Hey, thank you. So, it should work now. If it does not, you will have to either repair the game and test it or wipe the game completely, clean the registry, and reinstall it.

Let me know what happens, though.

Estimated wait time on the live chat was 11 minutes, I exhausted 40 minutes waiting while I had the time. I gave them as much info as I could while in wait... but I gotta get back to work. I'll check back if I can but however it gets fixed I would be grateful.

I have followed every step, but I was unable to reach any live representative using the chatbot. Completely unable, following the exact steps. Then again, this was on a Sunday so I'm assuming that maybe there was no one working then. I will try again in a bit on lunch, and update with either a resolution or case # hopefully. Thank you!

Once these are completed, and it still does not work, live support has to resolve it. If they do not, I need the case number as that has to be recorded.

I know the chatbot is frustrating, but I have tested it using the same steps at the link above, and I am able to reach a live agent, or at least the option to do so.

Another important detail I left out, I do not make use of VPNs at the moment.
