ME:A Missing Online Access

Estimated wait time on the live chat was 11 minutes, I exhausted 40 minutes waiting while I had the time. I gave them as much info as I could while in wait... but I gotta get back to work. I'll check back if I can but however it gets fixed I would be grateful.

I have followed every step, but I was unable to reach any live representative using the chatbot. Completely unable, following the exact steps. Then again, this was on a Sunday so I'm assuming that maybe there was no one working then. I will try again in a bit on lunch, and update with either a resolution or case # hopefully. Thank you!

Once these are completed, and it still does not work, live support has to resolve it. If they do not, I need the case number as that has to be recorded.

I know the chatbot is frustrating, but I have tested it using the same steps at the link above, and I am able to reach a live agent, or at least the option to do so.

Another important detail I left out, I do not make use of VPNs at the moment.
