I also tried disabling the Windows Security application, but that had no effect. I do not use any other antivirus programs. I also am not using a VPN.

Please add a DxDiag to your next reply.
A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it except for the “Machine name” in the second row. (You might delete the “Machine name” line if you wish too.)How to create a DxDiag:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
- Copy and paste or type "DxDiag" (Without the quotes) into the new field. > ENTER
- Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
- Save the file to your desktop.
- Attach the DxDiag file to your reply (paper clip symbol).

There are no game specific errors but many errors regarding the "Update Orchestrator Service".
This is a crucial service for Windows updates.- Hit Windows key and X.
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter (copy and paste) “cm” without quotes. > ENTER.
- If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
- After it reaches 100% repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes > ENTER.
- Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.
