@Chuckable_Nerd Thank you. Can you please go ahead and repair the game for me?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library
I am sadly. I have attached a screenshot of the error message although I get the feeling it probably doesn't help too much @EA_Shepard

Hi there,
I am having the same issue. I own the game on Steam but I also have game pass which gives me the game via EA Play. Is there something you can change to make my steam version work?

So suddenly fixed it, was always yellow connecting then red and always offline when loaded. but now has turned green. Not sure if you fixed it or not but thanks lol. Never been on it before till now cheers! Closing the game and having a moan seemed to work 😃

@Malkalic When you launch the game and go online, what happens? Does it just stay offline, or do you get any errors?
Hi, having a similar issue where I can't play any of the strike missions or go online via the game settings screen. I have it on Xbox and pretty sure I bought the preorder deluxe edition years ago. Never been able to play strike teams or ever do the tutorial.

@Arilena Understandable for sure.
Sadly, that didn't work for me but that's fine. I am done with faffing with this game for now. The multiplayer is mostly dead anyway 😅 I'll just grab it on Steam at some point again since its seemed to work fine there.
