Yes logged in, i get the Unites States instead of UK for some reason.

@necroticliquid Can you try the following for me? Go back to the help site, and make sure you manually log out of the site.

• Select the EA App
• Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
• You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
• Select Continue without logging in
• This should give you the chat/email option

Apparently they can make no changes to a sunset game.

@necroticliquid That would be incorrect. The game has not sunset. I am logged into it right now. The Sunset list does not have it listed. The Mobile Apex app is offline, but the game itself is still online.

Did you have EA Play on your EA account? If so, do you know when it expired?

Did you purchase the game through the EA app or through Steam?

They just closed down the chat, I have EA Play, it is valid until APril 2025, the game along with dlc's were all purchased through origin at the time.  It doesn;t show the deluxe version i paid for, just the standard.

@necroticliquid Ahh okay. Can you go ahead and uninstall the game for me. Then, go into the store - not the library, and search for the game. Download the one directly from the store itself.

When i search for it, the tile shows aas in library, select and go to download and it says N/A owned

@necroticliquid Thats fine if it shows in your library. What it sounds like is that the right version of the game from you what you own is downloaded. Downloading it this way apply the right entitlements or connects to the right entitlements you own and should resolve that. If it does not. let us know.

@necroticliquid Did you uninstall the whole game or just the DLC?

Everything was uninstalled, thank you for your help in all this but i know now never to buy direct from EA again, always the same thing and always problems.  To think after 15 years of loyalty, you can't even get the help desk to sort out your problems, incompetence or lying, who knows.

@necroticliquid I understand. I will take care of the case end of it. If you still have it installed, and you get a chance, do a repair on it. I made a change that should help. The change sometimes involves a reinstall but typically just doing a repair fixes it.

I'm currently having issues with the game not going offline and having the Missing Online Access error.

I bought the game ages ago and just renewed my EA Play Pro account.

Can anybody help me?

@ThemDarnKoalas There are only a handful of ways to resolve this one. Read through my Online Access Error thread as it has all the steps you need to resolve this one on your end.
