Unable to fully launch LE on PC

This just came up today.

Every time I try to launch ME3 (which I'm currently on), it will briefly show the cover art like normal, then go to a zoomed in picture of the burned Earth loading screen. The ambient sound in the background will frequently stop and stutter. It will do this indefinitely. Attempting to click anything makes it stop responding, which then (eventually) kicks me back to the launcher after I force it to close.

If I try to launch either of the first two games, same story, but different loading screen obviously.

I have already tried: uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App, repairing the game, moving all my saved games out of the saves folder, forcing the EA App, Desktop, and Launcher to all run as administrator. Neither Start or Resume will allow me to continue.

I was able to successfully run Dragon Age 2, just to compare.

I do have mods, but I'm over 60 hours into a playthrough and this has never happened before. I've been at this for 6 hours now.

The game crashed because of an INVALID_POINTER_READ Access violation, that means that the process tried to read from a invalid address inside the memory.
The memory address that is used is not in the games memory space and we know that this game works for countless people.
Therefore, it is not a bug in the game code.

It could be caused by a mod or third-party software, or it could be a window or hardware problem.

The first step would be to vanilla the game, but you said you already repaired the game? Did you reinstalled the mods after that?
What mods do you use and what tool do you use to mod the game, ME3TweaksModManager.exe?
If yes, did you run the backup ME3TweaksModManager suggested?

ME3 crashes with a standard access violation code, but the DxDiag provides no other indication of what the problem might be.

Your NVIDIA driver is a little old, so I would suggest to update that driver first:

    The newest driver is here

Install the graphic driver this way:

    • shut down any not necessary programs in the background. (including your virus scanners real time protection)
    • shut down any and all system monitoring programs and any overlooking tools you might have.
    • Run the installation EXE > CUSTOM mode > preform a clean installation.(don't deselect components you need even if the have the same version number, the installation program will deinstall them if you do)
    • Reboot > test.

    If that don't helps:

    1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    2. In the new Window, type or copy and paste "%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps" (Without the quotation marks) > Press ENTER
    3. Check to see if there are any "*.dmp" files named after the MassEffect3.exe in the ".Local\CrashDumps" folder.
    4. Zip 2 - 3 "MassEffect3.exe.dmp" files together and upload them at a free file hosting service like Dropbox or you can use the OneDrive "public" folder
    5. Post the link here.

Please add a DxDiag to your next reply.

A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it except for the “Machine name” in the second row. (You might delete the “Machine name” line if you wish too.)

    How to create a DxDiag:

    1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Copy and paste or type "DxDiag" (Without the quotes) into the new field. > ENTER
    3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
    4. Save the file to your desktop.
    5. Attach the DxDiag file to your reply (paper clip symbol)
