Missing Hughes Choice Pack for NHL 25

I've reached out to support via chat multiple times now telling me to keep checking back and recently they told me to visit the forums so here I am.

I've sent pictures of my order from Microsoft showing I pre-ordered the game in time to receive the Hughes choice pack and even offered screenshots of Microsoft showing me that I own the Hughes brothers choice pack but they say they can't do anything. With this time limited event that have sets requiring one of these cards to upgrade into the 86 cover athlete, I feel like this issue is pressing. 

Is there anything I can do to expedite this process or even get an answer on when I might be receiving the content I paid for? It doesn't feel great to miss out one of the reasons I paid extra for the deluxe edition of the game.
