Hi there. We're aware of this. Unfortunately, the only thing I can suggest is to keep playing on the account that works. We are hoping to have this addressed in January.

There is no account that works. I made a brand new one to test and it worked for one game. It is unplayable before experiencing the same issue

Is the new account linked to the same EA account as your main one?

Good luck... I've been dealing with this issue since late October. $$ down the drain and no remorse from the company. Praying someone else makes an NHL next year.

There is remorse about this. I feel for each and every one of you with this issue and have passed along my own thoughts that we need to address this sooner than later. It's not up to me though. At this time, there are plans to fix it with the January update. I'm very disappointed with how long this is taking as many of you want to use your main account and not an alternate to play.

Are you kidding me? I built my club from scratch, worked really hard to get where I am now, and you’re telling me it’ll be fixed in January? Are you serious? If that’s the case, expect a lot of people to feel hate towards NHL 25—especially me. I’d rather start playing something else at this point. With all the bugs this game has, its price should be no more than $40.
So unfortunately, I won’t be able to play with my club for a long time. Thanks.

Go to rosters and install the latest one.

Are you the only player on your club with this issue? If so, try leaving the club and joining again.
