NHL25 Crashing
So I’m playing in career mode; and when I get a hattie it crashes. First time it’s done this and I’m so far in my career too. Now every time I get one it crashes. Any advice? TIA

It's happened to me since the last update. I've noticed it's not just hat tricks, but skipping celebrations after goals too.
Finally get drafted by favorite team, play a week, EA update, game crashing begins.
Create new career player and it just happened again. Had 1 goal, 2 assists, and skipped teammate goal celebration. CRASH.
Same thing happening here. All updates are up to date. It booted me out of the game several times today. Getting really tired of it. Maybe time to look at class action for all of us that are wasting our time playing EA games that fall short of basic expectations to not crash.

One person reported turning off the commentary helped. Others had some success with the last update. Unfortunately, we'll probably just need to wait until a proper fix for this is released.
Just got this game last Thursday and in one week it has crashed at least twice a night usually in the middle of games. No hat tricks no common reason. I've tried reinstalling the game and it didn't fix the issues. This is absolutely unreasonable for a fully priced ps5 game.

What mode is this happening in? Are you crashing to your console's dashboard?
Happening to me aswell. 3 different ps5 consoles. 3 fresh downloads.
my 7th game of the season. 2 days ago I got a hat trick. Game crashed.
turned on other console. Downloaded the game again. Same game. Got a hat trick. Game crashed.
ps5 pro was delivered today. Downloaded the game again. Played the same game. Did not get a hat trick. My 8th game of the season. Got a hat trick. Game crashed. Came to the forums looking for answers.submitted reports every time.

We are well aware of the hat trick crash issue. This is being investigated.
Issue still occurring on ps5. Sent in several crash reports from the last few hours. This only started happening after last update
My PS5 is now ok, no longer freezes, there was an update when I turned it on today.
Happened to me as well! After hattrick in BAP! Xbox series X
Please fix!

Hi there. Does this happen if you start a new career?
I've created 2 new careers and it happened on both. (3 different careers total) It's not just hat tricks, I've noticed it's also skipping goal celebration as well. Play other titles, no crashes. Prior to update, no crashes. Really only play BaP, so not sure if other modes crash.

It crashes when starting a new bap career. Made a new bap yesterday and it crashes after a hattrick . Happened twice
So need to start a career all over?
I literally bought a brand new Xbox because I was tired of playing a 8 year old version of this game.

It would be good to know if it happens on a new career. I'm not saying you need to start one all over. This would be done as a test. However, if you don't crash on the new one, most likely you will need to start over. That or wait and see if a fix is released to address it.
I should add that it’s happened ever since it updated yesterday.
