Poor connection and no help

For 2 days I have had poor connection to ea servers, I've try all the normal thing to straighten this out to no luck. Reached out ea for help and they tell me go on the forum so they can look in to it. This is no help as well seeing my hut record went from 49-29-9 too 49-50-10 since this issue started cause me to drop in rank and lose games in the hut championship. The help line through ea is use less and not only will I miss out on rewards from the warp speed event but I'm sure to miss out on hut championship rewards as well.

    I tried both wired and wireless I explained that is my last reply. I even resent the router, unplug everything and plunged everything back in to no luck

    It sounds like you might be on a wireless connection. Is that correct? If so, can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

    I have tried both. I have rest the internet, unplugged everything under the sun. To no positive outcome. I have play other games on my PC and my son doesn't have a issues on his ps4. So the logical problem is the connection or servers to ea. An its funny at the beginning of every game it's starts with connection strength it always says good then the game starts and its lagging

    We do not compensate for connection issues unless they are on our end. At the moment, there are no issues with our servers.

    Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, what console are you on?

  • Did all that!!!! Still have the same issue. I can't enjoy or even try to play online because of the lag. How am I supposed to finish challenges and upgrade my team when I can't even compete in games because of the crappie connection. How will you guys Remedy this issue and Compensate me for the 21 straight loses because of this issue

    Hi there. We're not aware of any issues currently. We'll go through some troubleshooting. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, it would be good to power cycle your equipment with the below steps.

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
