Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

Like the others, I’ve tried every available measure and it still does not work.

This is fixed on my end (XBX) - had the same issue for days

Still can’t use the free trial with ea play.. i got it specifically to play chel I was part of the game test originally I wanted to see if the game changed much and I love to play but I work constantly so I had a day off and I’ve spent an hour of trial time trouble shooting just trying to play the game and have yet to even create a character

It still isn't resolved 5 days later. Any update on this. Game has no problem taking away my trial time for all the failed attempts though.

For those of you on PS5 with the trial issue, do you have both EA Play and the NHL 25 trial from the free play weekend?

On PS5. I have EAPlay but did not download the trial until after the free play weekend. Pretty clear the free play weekend messed everything up tho
