WildCard Rewards - Dissapeared

So I finished up the WC event points and Shifted Durzi & Lundell to my collection then headed on over to the exchange to put it all in my pack and my cards didn't go in.  I figured oh, I must have forgot to move them.  

They are not in my mailbox, Not in my trade pile, I still have my 84 WC Player, but my two 80's I worked on getting are Gonzo.

Anyone have any idea why this occured?  I did read a blurb where if you didn't complete a set, and tried to add everything (and came up short).  The players would come out of your collection and dissapear?

That might have happened since my 84 Was in my active lineup and wouldn't be available to be pulled out.

Any thoughts?
