3 years of not being able to play multiplayer in any EA game
I don't even know why i keep buying these games but hey atleast i can have EAs support team take no responsibility and just tell me its my internet.. 500mbps by the way.

The speed of your connection is very much secondary to a stable connection. Personally, during gameplay, I'm probably under 100 MBPS and rarely ever have any issues. This is also due in part to using a good modem and router. Not the equipment my ISP provides.
Also on a wired ethernet connection, if you're telling me I need a modem and a router I want a refund on all the games i have bought since 23'

I'm not saying you need your own modem and router. You can certainly keep using the equipment supplied by your ISP. It's possible you'll see an improvement with better equipment though.
