Any way to return game?

Question

So dissapointed with ea, this gameplay, and the servers. Is there any way to request a refund for the game and money spent on packs? I’ve played nhl since I could barely even talk/walk and unfortunately this will be my last purchase of any nhl game as EA has proven time after time again they don’t care about gameplay and just care about making a quick buck of their day 1 fans that have supported the company throughout the years.. thanks for absolutely ruining what was once my favourite game series:)👎

Saw so many videos by EA employees saying the game would run faster than ever blah blah blah… (straight up lies) feels slower than nhl 25 so far and has crashed/had almost more issues for me in under a week now than 25 had in total for me and that’s where I draw the line.
