broken rosters

cant play franchise mode now for 6 weeks or more ..

 

rosters are broken...wont save, wont load, deletes players ..erases dates .. errors outs, crashes 

 

I paid a hundred bucks and 2 months in still no patch or fix ? I though by now ea would of fixed some things 

 

I want my 100 dollars back, wonder if I can do something with my bank since I paid with a MasterCard I should have some protections against purchases like this 

 

oh yeah throw in laggy slow lagged out slow slow slow slow slow slow slow menus 

bug
crashing
downloads
freezing
lag
missing content
technical issues

    there is so much broken ..I'll have to keep adding on .. another one is settings not saving .. 

     

    I just want my rosters and created players tto be saved and taken into a franchise mode so I can play ..its been like 6 weeks now and obviously ea not doing a **bleep** thing about it .. im pissed now wanting to play we are 2 weeks into the nhl season

    anyone know how aggravating it is to work on a roster for 70 hours or more over 14 days only to find out the game is broken and rosters don't work , the game doesn't work right .. waiting for days a solution but nothing ... looking on YouTube videos I see other people custom rosters saving with the proper dates ..so is it only my game ? im the one who thinks an ea employee has done something to my account .. and this looks like further proof

    Hey there. Are you using a custom roster or is this with the most recent one from 10/20?
