I'm getting this freaking error every time I try to play any game of any kind within the WOC. It started out when I was going back into ProAm to play and now I'm getting the error no matter what kinda match I try to start in CHEL. Please help EA forum mods or whoever. I've tried all the standard to troubleshooting steps and am at a loss.
Possible Causes
Server Desync: The connection between your console and the EA servers was interrupted while trying to load your profile, HUT cards, or World of Chel stats.
Corrupted Local Cache: Temporary files on your PlayStation or Xbox might be preventing the game from fetching the latest data.
Troubleshooting Steps
Power Cycle: Turn off your console completely, unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, and restart. This clears the system cache.
Restore Licenses: (On PlayStation) Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses. This often fixes "Failed to retrieve data" errors related to digital content.
Network Refresh: Restart your router. EA Sports titles are highly sensitive to "packet loss," which can cause these specific data errors even if your internet seems fine otherwise.

this is happening to me, today may 21.
every time i try to go into WOC 6v6 games, i get this error.
so i powered down, waited, restarted, and it looks like that fixed my issue.

ahahahaha, of course, i backed out of a lobby, tried to go back into a drop-in and i got the error again!

it's possible there's a Playstation issue going on currently? i'm not able to connect to EA servers, check MLB The Show, same issues, so i think it might be PSN? or it's all on my end.
I was able to connect to a game or two, but then got completely booted from network connection. I'll keep checking back and trying, we'll get there!
update: i'm finding teammates in drop-in. not sure why i'm getting error coded or if this was PSN issue, but it seems to be working now? persistence pays off! thanks for your help EA_Aljo !
