HUT menu's taking forever for me - I live in South Dakota - Ping a problem also

Hi there. Connection issues are rarely a speed issue these days. It's more about the quality of the connection. Did this just start happening recently or is it a regular occurrence? If you haven't yet, make sure you do a full power cycle of your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again
