Missing Champs Collectibles from Nov 19-23

Hi there,

I reached out to the EA help line a few times about not being able to collect the previous weeks champs rewards. I never got the prompt to claim and the advisors there kept telling me to wait, but I know they expire after 7 days or so. Is there anyway a manager in here is able to look into the weekend before the last one and see if there is a way to get the collectibles? I would appreciate any help.

    Are you saying when you view completed seasons, none of them say there are rewards to collect?

    I don’t think you can view completed seasons this year, this was the first champs run for season 2 and when I logged on Friday it just let me plays games straight away and nothing was there to claim. I have played champs every weekend so far and this is the first and only time this has happened. Can someone look into it deeper?

    Sorry about that. There will be a Collect Rewards button in the lower right of the HUT Champs screen before the next season starts.

    Yes I am aware, but for the last one it never prompted me to claim any rewards. It just went straight into the new season with nothing to claim, there was nothing to claim and I am missing those collectibles. Reaching out now as I know they expire if not claimed by a certain time, so seeing if someone can actually dig into my account and see why the prompt didn’t show for the last champs run

    You'll have to wait until the last season is done processing. They should show up then.

    What was your placement in the previous season?

    This past weekend I went 15-5 and the weekend prior, that the rewards are missing, I am unsure as I don’t believe you can view previous seasons. My account was nailed for a name violation and I was suspended for 7 days in the middle of my champs run, the advisors said that maybe it needed time to refresh. Not sure how to go back and check but they seem to think the rewards weren’t given as the account for temporarily locked

    How many games did you play before you were suspended? You needed to play at least 3 to get rewards.

  • I am unsure, definitely had a couple wins before I got locked out. Doesn’t seem like you can view previous seasons like before this year? Is that someone your team can dig into?

    Most likely, you didn't play enough games to get the rewards. We haven't had other reports of missing rewards so we're not aware of any issues that would cause this.
