[VIDEO EVIDENCE] Spotlight Set Bug: Assets Failed to Load Before Expiration
I am reporting a critical "Server/Client Sync" bug that caused me to lose a Master Set Player I had earned.
The Issue:
In the final minutes of the Spotlight event, I had earned all required collectibles. However, the Set menu refused to recognize them. The "Cards Available" count would not update, and the "Auto-Fill" feature failed to find the assets that were clearly in my collection.

Impact:
Because the game failed to sync my inventory in time, the event timer expired, and I was physically prevented from redeeming the content I spent hours grinding for. I am requesting this [Assets sync/loading Bug] be investigated as it has been an ongoing issue since launch of NHL 26 which is unacceptable
