I've been playing for 2 days and it hasn't recorded 1 match....hope it catches up lots of wins

I can tell you it's random. I can also tell you it's happening way more frequently since the recent patch. The odds of a match counting are now less than it not counting. I came to this forum to report the same issue.

This is insane…. Doing everything on my power to be a top competitor online..tell me how I can succeed if your not registering wins and losses online!!!!!!!!!! Fix this * or it’s 2k golf from now and forever!!’

I’ve played at least 15 matches and 4 of them counted.. my friend played two today and neither counted. We’re gonna not play for a little while and wait for it to get fixed, it’s ridiculous.. How long can this possibly go on…

Summarize your bug Most online games I’ve played since the 5.0 update have not been logged in the leaderboard; they simply didn’t count. This has happened the majority of games I’ve played online since the update (only around 4 of 15+ games counted).
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play an online match, complete it, and notice that the user’s win/loss record goes unchanged.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game outcomes are not logged on the online leaderboard.
What do you expect to see? Wins and losses populating the leaderboard after matches are completed

Me and my friends have stopped playing too. No point in playing online ranked if they're not actually ranked.

Thanks for letting us know what you are experiencing with PGA Tour. 

You can try running through our connect troubleshooting to see if the stats update:

If you are still seeing Online stats not track correctly please let us know the following 

- Which game mode are you playing? (Career, Online, Tournaments, etc)

- Are you getting an error message?

- Have you tried restarting the game or playing a different mode and returning?

Also, if you have not please also let us know the following...

Are they looking into fixing this problem I have over 3000 career wins.....been killing it this season and not getting credit got lots of pictures of wins...just wondering if a patch is comen before they lose players...tyvm

I am not receiving any points for wins on online play since the new updae.

None of that works… online wins and losses are simply registering randomly.

today (7/21/23) position 4, EA is saying WORLD RANKED!  no its not, thats a win, fix this nonsense EA, this is stupid, now 3 times in as many days

this is as obvious as it can get!!

I have had 5 games not register in season 4. They were when I was 13-2, 12-1-1, 10-1-1, 7-0 and a 3-5-1.  

funny mine really weren’t registering on 4 of my better matches. Just my luck.

I posted this a week ago!!! This is insane.

We are way beyond 5 at this point. Why Dont you guys play 6 online games and see how many register.. I am short about 70 wins at this point. Online has become a joke. Glad that we can play 16 people now with the matchmaking but wow you guys have drop the ball on this.

Here is a pick of tonight’s misery that didn’t count 

Same for me on Xbox. Earlier I went 27 - 1 - 0 in two online matches and got rewarded zero wins. There seems to be a pattern to it.... if I lose a game everything gets counted. Had a 14 -0 - 0 round and a 12 - 0 - 0 that didn't get counted yesterday and several matches from smaller lobbies as well.

I made this same post yesterday and somehow it disappeared.

I am, along with several others, having this issue on the XBOX platform. Yesterday in three online matches I went 40 - 1 - 0 and never got credit for a single win. Much of the same the day before and already happened again today. I'm going to make a capture of my standings before that shows me going into lobby and then another recording starting near end of the round and returning to standings. Happy to post that somewhere if anyone is interested?

As of today 7/24 I am still having this issue. It is random when it occurs, at this point about 50% of my games' outcomes register to the leaderboard. This has now been going on since the 5.0 update a week ago

I now have video evidence of this issue. Not going to go to the hassle of finding somewhere to host it then posting a link to that unless it is needed. Would be happy to do just that though. Let me know. Thank you.

This has been going on since 28th of June. The day 4.5 patch landed.
