Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 missing coins packs bug.

I bought two 2,500,000 Humongous Coins Packs and three 120,000 Modest Coins Packs for Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 with my PlayStation account last week and they never showed up. I have no idea what went wrong. I could use some help with this issue.
