This is most likely an issue on PSN, as PSN is currently down still. This would most likely be out of the hands of anyone at EA. You can check the PSN Status with https://status.playstation.com/. Sucks to hear you aren't able to play currently.

    No i am able to play but for PlayStation you have to wait 20 minutes to get into the game always at any time that problem has been there for very long
