[Resolved] Change the Mystery Portal Rotation, Please!

@EA_Shepard Have you heard about the new community manager for pvz named nick?

@EA_Shepard I am not sure, but I also heard that he works in the dev team, Is that true?

And is he going to be around here in ea answers or in Reddit?

@Diegodudeperfect He isnt a part of the dev team. He's a community manager who works with them but is not one of them. Development teams are their own teams. I honestly can't say how much he will post on specific channels at the moment. As the the CM he can do that on other channels. 

@EA_Shepard  do you think you could mention this item aswell for Switch players? I don't know what it's called though, when Battle For Neighbourville was released on Switch, there was no mention of a pre-order bonus, I would have definitely downloaded it if I knew, purple is my favourite colour lol, also, please mention the Unicorn Stuffy hat for Switch players.

And for my Garden Warfare 2 buddies, we want Boss Hunts back, as someone who has never played Boss Hunt, I really want to! 😁

I wish, unfortunately items obtainable from Rux doesn't change on Switch, someone else mentioned this item was a pre-order bonus only item for Switch players, I checked many times to be sure, but I've only got 3 items left to buy from Rux, it hasn't changed in many months, but hey, if we tell @EA_Shepard  enough, hopefully we can get it and the Unicorn Stuffy Hat for Switch players @TheSprinter85 

And boss hunts for Garden Warfare 2 

@ZorbaKing64 I have a meeting weekly (typically) with the PvZ team(s) and show them all the threads and requests that players send over which is why I mark them all as Requste/Discussion etc. The stuffy hat is a major ask along with the mystery portal. Once I send requests over, I wait just like the players. It honestly leaves our hands once that request is put in.

What about the PvZ Heroes cosmetics, and also the hoverboard and Torchwood outfits. I would love to get them, without buying the specific pack.

Thanks @EA_Shepard  we may not say it enough, but we're thankful for everything you're doing to get everything we want for our favourite games, what day do you usually have a team meeting? You'll only be able to tell us what's happening when the developers tell you to tell us? They could be working on returning boss hunts, the mystery portal for Garden Warfare 2, and the one we Switch players want, the Unicorn Stuffy hat, I also think the Iceberg lettuce should be released on all platforms.

These are the 3 items pictures, I've seen the same player with, how they got them, I have no idea, but we want them, all captured on Nintendo Switch.

@ZorbaKing64 I appreciate it. So officially I'm not within the studio so anything said on an official level has to come from them. I can let you know once they officially release info but until then I cannot. Our main CM Nick can let players know or let me let players know, but I can only do so with approval. If something changes and I say the wrong thing then I've given out false information and we definitely don't want that to happen.

Does that mean Nick or someone else will start manning the twitter account again?

@DeadEggplant At the moment I am not entirely sure what all channels he will be managing or posting on. I would love to be able to have us go into other social platforms like X, IG, Reddit, etc but there is a lot that goes into managing those platforms as well. This is something that is on the books to discuss with the CMs like myself who support these boards.

 They (developers) need to know how much people love this series, on Switch, I rarely go a day without playing Battle For Neighbourville, every time I play, I get full lobbies, I join the US West Coast servers for this reason because here in Australia, we never get many people on at once, people don't play many different games, it's always Call Of Duty or Fortnite, Mario, Zelda, Pokemon or the absolute yawn fest that is Animal Crossing, for those that do, we Aussies love Battle For Neighbourville on Switch, but no matter where everyone is from, we want the series to thrive once again! 

I'm glad to hear that Unicorn Stuffy hat is up there with the things you're telling the developers, and if course the mystery portal and boss hunts!

@ZorbaKing64 Oh they do. Since i jumped into these boards, there has been a massive amount of traffic building up that it got attention from my boss and their bosses. And now with the new CM, good things are on the horizon!

That's awesome news, every one of us will be glad to know the little bosses and bigger bosses paying attention to us and what we're dying for 😁 the more traffic, the better. Come up the good work everyone, it's just a matter of time, we will win this! Everything we want will be back, I know the waiting is the hardest part, but it'll be worth it! And who knows what other suprises we'll get!

 I'm curious @EA_Shepard  do you and other Community managers sometimes mention our names when we ask for something in the team meetings? Like my pleas for the Unicorn Stuffy hat for Switch players. After I saw the hat in game that is not actually available, "ZorbaKing64 asked for this, and now many other have asked for the same thing" our names will eventually stick in their minds 😁

@ZorbaKing64 Basically i take all the links I can find on here, Reddit, and discord that mention things because I try to watch other channels as well, and go - Here are the requests we have for ABC, and players want XYZ over here.

I don't really mention player names no because I give them threads and they see everyone's name anyway. The Unicorn Stuffy and Mystery portal requests were called out by the bosses bosses due to AHQ volume from all of y'all talking about it. So, they basically see everything I send them.

Oh that's cool, for example, they'll be like, this * (ZorbaKing64) really wants the Unicorn Stuffy hat for Switch players, so do lots of others, and eventually they'll be like, f**k it! "Let's give it to them so they stop pestering us", lol, I know they won't say it to did, but I bet we all day it to ourselves when we give in lol 😂

Thank you @EA_Shepard  and all the little bosses and big bosses, you'll make a lot of people happy with the release of the Unicorn Stuffy hat for Switch players, and those other items I sent thru photos of, I don't know what they're called, but also the mystery portal and boss hunts for Garden Warfare 2 players. This series deserves a revival, people power will make it happen, don't give up everyone! Keep sending in your ideas, reasons why you love this series over everything else, photos of your favourite builds, anything you can think of.
