With the implementation of the anti-cheat system, we anticipate a reduction in the incidents of players being "banned" or disconnected from the game, and unable to reconnect to matches. If you're still experiencing issues, please post your details on the [Info Request] thread that I have created for players.
There is also a thread on Player levels being reset, that myself and the team are working on. When there is an update on this one, we will post that on the thread.
As for the community requests we've received, such as Boss Hunts, Mystery Portal Updates, and other similar updates that everyone has been commenting on, here's the latest update we've received on these requests.
Q: Will we see the Mystery Portal rotation update?
A: The recent anti-cheat update was necessary to address a critical issue affecting a subset of our players that were impacted by exploits/cheats impacting their ability to play the game. Live service updates, including Mystery Portal rotations, are no longer in development for Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2.
Continue engaging in discussions, creating artwork, and sharing guides as these are still critical in helping others enjoy the series. Our community remains vibrant and active, and your contributions to this series are invaluable.

As an og to gw2, I understand that not everything we want will come back. Such as cats vs dinos or capture the taco, or rux items such as the rest of pvz heroes hats and hover goat and Torchwood customizations and community challenges. We as a community are personally asking yall to atleast bring back the main topic that's been effecting all of us due to things such as achievements, boss hunts. With newest answers from yall, we couldn't do a yearly schedule bc of how old this game is. We beg you to bring boss hunts back, not every one is going to like this opinion but, maybe, just maybe you could bring them back one more time. Maybe a schedule such as all 4 in a row, each lasting a week. So it would only take up a month. Or maybe all 4 in a week. Whatever feels comfortable for the community and ea themselves to manage. Considering people aren't going to get everything they want, I'm asking ea to bring back the main problem being boss hunts, one last time. Maybe they could do it as a celebration for pvz b-day. We would like that, I would like that. I hope you can bring this to their attention one last time to bring boss hunts once, and for all. We await your reply
Boss Hunts aren't the only unavailable mode with achievements, there's also achievements in cats vs dinos.
