Community Manager@ZorbaKing64 I understand that. I do, and it isn't that the game or players are being ignored. This issue has been discussed and has been answered more than once on more than one thread. As of now, no updates are or will be made to the game in order to make these changes. The original studio that was there working on it is no longer and resources are working on other projects and no longer the GW or BFN series.
It has been discussed at length with myself, other CMs, and different devs on multiple teams. The bottom line of this inquiry is that at this time it won't get updated. Will that happen in the future? More than likely, no. That could change but the direction the series is going, there are no active plans to make updates to the series.
@EA_Shepard can you tell us why pvz 1, gw2, bfn, and other popcap franchise like peggle released on epic games but ea didn't say anything about it?
Community Manager@okiu03 I cannot no because those decisions are not made by CMs and unless there is a public message pushed out to players, we cannot provide "official" messaging without approval. That has not happened, so sadly it isn't an answer we can provide.
Id love to believe me, but I honestly don't know why. That decision was way above us on the forums.
