I am having trouble accessing Solitaire Home Story. It starts to open the game, but then goes out of it. I have tried numerous times over the last couple of days and can’t get it to work. I want to do the challenges for this game but am not able to. Please help!
Hello! I tried accessing the game before replying to you and was able to connect to the game with no issues.
However, there were reports on loading issues in October reported by Pogo Sconnie in the Pogo forums for some players experiencing issues.
At this time, my best suggestion for you would be:

pogo games are not loading in my ipad or surface pro. attempted to start a case several times and no cases are showing. any suggestions?
This past week my iPad would not load on my safari or chrome. Now they are not loading at all on either. I attempted several times to start a case but no success. This is crazy!!!
I have attached a file of the error reading I am continually getting. All other games work as well as Pogo games work. This one loads, begins to give rewards, crashes. Over and over again. I believe it’s been two weeks now
