A possible lead on Tile hero issue.

i like many others are unable to play the game and are stuck at a tutorial screen with lady and baby even though we are well beyond that part. i switched browsers, cleaned cookies and cache, restarted many times, made sure all is updated...and nothing. i havnt been able to play for 2 weeks.

i tried to see if it would work not logged in....and yes. i was able to play the game if i was logged out of my pogo account. it just said register or login at top and i was able to play the game just fine. so i feel it may have something to do with recording progress for the account and it bugged somewhere. as soon as i logged back in, it went back to not working and stuck on same screen. i like playing the game but i also want the progress and badges to count to my account. i wonder if anyone else tried to do this as well and check if they could play if logged out? 

ive tried to contact support but all i get is a robot ai program that doesnt understand what im saying.
