Pogo: Missing Gems, Content and Power‑ups
I've made numerous Gem Bundle purchases and none of the powerup/boosts are being issued in the games. Has anyone else experienced this?

the game robbed me out of a lot work. I had earned 500 crystals and used to open up a section of the game board. it took the crystals off my total but did not open the section they were used for. this may or may not be the place to resolve this but it's the only place I can find. pogo used to be a lot more user friendly when there were issues, seems you don't care very much anymore
I purchased several items from the marketplace. When I came back to the game they were gone. I want them back, thanks.
This isn't the first time i've noticed things missing.
