Farm Merge Valley missing sticker book rewards

As many of you have found, Pogo is quite haphazard about actually awarding the prizes they advertise in certain games, such as Merge Academy and now particularly Farm Merge Valley. Although the second Sticker Book actually did award the winning prizes, the first did not. Although they emailed affected players and promised that Energy and Crates would be awarded, some folks never got them and others, like me, only got one or the other. I got the Energy but not the Crates.
I gave Pogo a couple of weeks to rectify this, then last night I reported the issue to Support and asked for the missing Crates to be awarded. The agent took the details, gave me a case number, and promised that the Support team would contact me.
Less than 12 hours later I got an email that my case was closed: "No fix available." Yes, Pogo, there IS a fix and a very simple one: award the missing Crates. If you're going to promise something and the player meets the requirements, you should award the prize! It would cost you nothing, but by not keeping that promise you really alienate even the most faithful of your players.
