Farm Merge won't open for me.

Played 3 days ago for a good couple of hours. Yesterday and today all I got was a black screen. Game wouldn't load for me. What is going on?

Would you mind taking a moment to view the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide to help resolve the issue? I double checked the game before replying and it is loading/playing on the website itself.

    Our devices (phones, tablets, PCs, laptops, and even routers) constantly store temporary data to help websites load faster. Over time, that cache can become outdated or bloated, especially when our devices and browsers receive constant updates. When older files don’t match the newest game or browser updates, it can cause issues like black screens or games not loading.

    If issues persist:

    • Pogo Graphics Guide - Windows Users - Laptop and PC users only (important for game rendering)
    • Toggle hardware acceleration on/off in browser settings
    • Adjust Monitor Refresh Rate - try changing it to 60 Hz (the most compatible setting)
    • Ensure Pogo is on your whitelist for any antivirus or system protection
    • Disable browser extensions temporarily - Ad blockers and security extensions can interfere with game loading
    • Try a different browser - This helps identify if it's browser-specific
    • Close unnecessary tabs and background applications
    • Restart your router - Power cycle - Clears temporary software glitches, refreshes your connection to your ISP, can improve slow or unstable Wi‑Fi
