How can I save my progress in Farm Merge?

We’re aware of an issue in Farm Merge Valley where some players are experiencing progress not saving correctly. In certain cases, items—such as crates—may disappear unexpectedly.

Our team is actively investigating this and working toward a fix. We understand how frustrating it is to lose progress, and we appreciate your patience while we resolve the issue.

If you’re affected, please make sure your game is updated to the latest version and avoid uninstalling the app, as this could impact your saved data.

We’ll share updates as soon as more information is available. Thank you for your continued support!

YES!!!! I am having the same EXACT issue. I have spent money to buy gems to get the pinked out areas and when I used the energies it's okay so long as I don't back out. The second the game senses I'm idle my energy resets to 1. I have lost almost 500 units of energy! I feel ripped off because it's not easy to report. The last time I reported an issue with a game where I bought gems to purchase power packs I never heard back.

Thank you for flagging this. It sounds like it might be a bug. 🤔

I've bubbled it up so it's on the team's radar. It may help with reproducing the issue if I can pass along your Pogo username, too. If you have a screenshot to help illustrate it, I'll pass that too.

Sorry to say, but I have spent hundreds on this game, and sometimes (but not always) when I disconnect I lose all my accumulated energy and supplies.  I bought the 1000 supplies early this morning, between opening up new pink areas (for real money) and playing myself, I had well over 400 supplies left when I disconnected.  I also had 500 energy which when I came back in moments later had  reverted to something like 42/80.  These issues have been ongoing, and yesterday I didn't spend much because of it, however today it appeared to be saving, so I spent considerably more money.  I really would like a refund of the energy and the supplies,  or the cash I spent obtaining those.  Thanks for your attention to this matter.
