how to resolve a game issue

Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

• Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
• Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
• Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
• Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

• Screenname:
• What Device are you using?
• Which web browser do you play on?
• Do you get an error message at all?

NONE OF THIS FIXES  MY ISSUE. IT IS NOT SOMETHING ON MY END THAT CAN BE FIXED!! IT IS A BUG IN THE GAME!

Good luck with this!  None of us other SHS players have made the corporate coders bat an eye.  Maybe you can.

In the massage room they had me pay to fix the floor. No problem… But after paying to fix it, it still shows the burn marks? Then later in the chapter you buy a rug. The rug goes down and you can still see the burn marks through the rug!? After them saying the area is complete (fireworks and all)… the burnt floor is STILL there. 

Way later on outside they had me pay in stars for reviving 2 bushes outside of the massage room (by the gold arrow). Finally got enough stars to revive them both… fireworks came up saying level complete… But the bushes are still brown!! We work hard for our stars to pay for all of these things and it is so disappointing to fix them and even move to the next level and it looks like you didn’t fix them.

I have tried sending messages and emails to support but nobody ever answers or fixes anything. Even a simple reply saying we’re looking into it would help
