MAHJONG DOES NOT LOAD

I have done the troubleshooting steps several times over the last three weeks, with no success. The Mahjong Garden and Lucky Cat Bingo will not completely load. Both games load at 42% then stop.  Again, I have followed the instructions with no success.  This has happened in the past with other games but the problem was somehow corrected. It's frustrating and makes me wonder why I continue to renew my subscription year after year. I should have to become a technical engineer to enjoy a couple of moments of game playing.
