Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug

I am having the same issue with this. Did you find out how to fix the issue? Restarted my computer the game everything but no fix yet. Trying to do the weekly and cant even get past the same thing as you. Hope that you got it figured out.

Hello I am also stuck on LVL 12 in Mahjong Sanctuary and the parrot comes out regarding the Detective tool. I can do the example initially but then it will not go away. I notice the tool itself when the game seems to force the tutorial of it will show that I go from having 7 to 6, but after using it and it gets stuck the tool is back at 7 again. 

I have tried different browsers, cleared my cache, accepted whatever from the site, and even updated Java with my computer tech. Nothing has changed. I have missed the last challenge event due to this and now again I was on a great track and am at a standstill now. It is upsetting to know that so many people are having an issue at that same exact point with no recourse. 

Can you please send any help my way also?

The detective helper stays on my game and will not let me remove and can't play the game.

Either fix it or refund my money. It has been like this for over 2 Two weeks, Very annoying

I'm having the same issue. Been like this for a while. Please fix!

Same exact thing I have been dealing with in this game. I am stuck on level 12 because of it. I have used a windows desktop, Mac laptop, iPad, Asus laptop. Tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome with the same results. Cleared cache, wen I ngoni to although through Chrome it wouldn’t allow me to even see the Pogo site that way. 

I am very disheartened.  I was playing that challenge.  I got all the way to Mahjong sanctuary and here i am stuck because there's a problem with the detective tool and it is stuck and therefore i am at 703 of the 900 needed so the last of the games I will not be able to complete.  Its not right to have a challenge, we invest all the hours to complete then  it won't let us finish.  Also, in the match 3 game I got to the end of the story line and it says it will be updated soon.  I have completed 203 more games and hope that will be added when it starts up again.  That's a lot of games to lose if not.  

I used to have a Pogo account years ago and am just now getting back on. Paid for a year, and there are so many issues. This issue is still going on and we, as customers, should not have to try to fix it ourselves.  We can't get our event badges, and that's not going to work for me. Pogo dudes, please fix this. It's been messed up too long. That's what you get paid for. 

Can anyone from EA confirm if this is being worked on or provide additional help?

I have completed all of the steps on my end now and nothing has worked. I have the added benefit of replacing my old PC and recently built a new one. I added nothing too it, I just let everything update. I still have this issue on a brand new PC in most recent updates of Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. Im starting to think this is an account related issue. I see 2000 people playing this now and maybe thats why youre ignoring us. This is a very real problem though and im still stuck on lvl 12 as are many others. 

Is there a better method of seeking help than this forum?
