If the game is functioning as intended, then I really question your intentions!
All issues noted above have been in existence since launch, with the exception of the lack of Seasons. I do know that EA/Pogo has not acknowledged any of these issues, and they rarely post alerts when things are broken (the lack of communication is truly appalling system-wide, and where should we even look for these alerts? Ideally they'd appear on the appropriate game pages so that all players can see what's happening if they encounter issues). Contacting EA Help is easier said than done.

Hello! Thank you for providing detailed information regarding Matching Moments.
The first thing that stands out to me is using Firefox on an Apple device. Although it is possible, I would personally say this may cause a few quirks along the way. Apple's ecosystem is built around WebKit, and Firefox uses its own engine (Gecko), which sometimes may cause extra friction. Firefox isn't optimized for Apple's graphics stack the way Safari is, and not even as tightly as Chrome is. Browser-based gaming sites like Pogo rely on smooth rendering, and Firefox can occasionally lag behind on macOS.
I'd suggest testing Matching Moments on Safari, Chrome or Edge to see if the graphics overlay, timer and other elements begin to sync properly.

I keep trying to open a case and it wont let me. I am getting reward points for completing things Example, 5 games on the first try, and i get the points, but then play a game and the points disappear. happened multiple times for a loss of over 5000 points

Please ensure you try the following steps to keep things running smoothly:
- Update your browser to the latest version (they update every 2-4 weeks)
- Clear cache and cookies to remove corrupted or outdated data
- Disable unnecessary extensions temporarily, especially blockers or privacy tools
- Restart your device and modem to refresh system resources
- Check for OS updates that may improve stability and compatibility (updates can come in at any time and happen frequently)

I'm having similar problems and am using an Android. SN rescuebabe2002. Just now the recurring problem, when I receive coins from completing a task, then try to use them to buy five more moves, the game opens the shop window, and does not recognize that I have enough coins to purchase moves. I left the game and came back, and now those coins are gone.
Also getting the overlapping in the cells occasionally, tho I'm not really bothered by it, as the game still works with it.
