Matching Moments not Loading

Not loading AGAIN!

I'm not sure what level I'm on but I'm stuck at the story screen with the fountain that starts with "Safety inspector Phil speaking..." Ironically, The screen where Nora says "Please work... please work..." to get the fountain working won't advance.

The skip screen doesn't work when I tap on it, like it's frozen.

I was playing on my android phone, and then tried it on a laptop in Firefox, it's still stuck. I can at least click on the "skip" button but it doesn't do anything.

I can't play the game anymore because it's stuck on this screen.

im having trouble again too, mine is stuck

When I try to play these games on my IPad it tells me that due to a repeated try the game will not load. How can I fix this. Thanks

I have done everything required and still just a black screen when trying to play matching moments. Help please thank you.

I have not been able to play matching moments for several weeks now. At first it would start to load and then just stop, and now all I get is a black screen.  Please fix this issue.

I have been locked out for a few weeks now…what’s the issue, several others in Group Chat having same issues.   Blank white screen all I get.
