Anybody else having problems playing the new Merge Academy on your iPad? Ive tried several times and am not able to even get into it to play. Seems like every time Pogo tries to improve a game, they make it worse.
Yes, I have the same issue. They broke it with the latest update.
I'm having the same issues everyone is having. I can not play the game on my iPhone or iPad it's like it's frozen . No matter what I click NOTHING happens. Yet it works on my iMac laptop, but like others it doesn't save my progress in Treasure Trove. We're paying to play these games , let's get it fixed please
Day 2 cannot play merge, still broken. Cannot do badges when you cannot play the game

Yes I am having the same issue with Merge Academy starting over all the time on my computer I hope that things get worked out soon. OH and I only have the Merge Academy game open. I can play other games on my i pad, just not Merge Academy
This is NOT just an iPhone and iPad issue! I use Samsung (Android), and the same thing is happening.
Is anyone else having trouble with Merge Academy since the new event with the fairy and playing cards with stars came up? I can bring up the game but when I press the play button nothing happens. I can’t get any of my gifts. I can’t go into either the special event or the regular game. Everything was working perfectly fine Monday morning until this new challenge was added.
this is happening on my gen 10 iPad and iPhone. Going onto pogo.com via google on Chrome and Safari. It’s also happening on my windows laptop.
All computers are up-to-date and no changes have been made to any settings since it was working Monday morning.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
