Merge Academy not crediting my game

Today November 26 I earned 200 yellow lightning bolt energy from completing a task in the "Coral Secrets" side game for Merge Academy  and 3OO yellow lightning bolt energy from opening a treasure chest in the side game.  I did not receive any of those energy, it didn't show up on my energy for the main game. 

Please resolve this ASAP and credit my account with all the energy yellow lightning bolts for the regular game play on the game. Thank you.

Please note the task part of the Coral Secrets side game in the screenshot.  and a screenshot of the regular game showing the current the and you will see that I was not credited any of the energy.  Unfortunately I didn't get a screenshot shot of the 300 yellow lightning bolt energy because it disappeared.
